Our house is located in one of the most convenient and historical neighborhood in Shenyang, Tie-xi Area.
From our B&B you can easily get to the center of Shenyang. Driving in 4 minutes you will be in He-ping Area, and from there with a nice walk you will be to Taiyuan Street, Shenyang Railway Station and many other places.
Modernist architects design their own home. Located in Tiexi Wanda Plaza (Shen Liao Road) in Shenyang City, it is a quiet three-story residential building facing the park, surrounded by commercial streets and Carrefour within 100 meters.
[Warm] house design concept:
The flow space is the starting point of the design. The flexible semi-perspective partition makes the visual space full of imagination and expands the dimension of the space. Although facing the street, we chose the location facing the three floors of the park, taking into account the landscape and quiet.
The spaciousness and warmth are the first impressions of this space. All furniture and electrical textiles are almost white, and the whole room is filled with warm light, thanks to the designer's strict control of the materials and the careful configuration of the lights. The entire floor-mounted mirror storage wall not only doubles the space, but also makes the light more uniform and comfortable. The kitchen work area is equipped with no temperature difference spotlights to ensure working lighting, and the rest area adopts a natural warm color light source, which makes people easy to relax.
On Wanda Plaza, opposite is a Carrefour supermarket. Bedding is from MUJI, integral kitchen from IKEA, heater is 'haier future bath', and SPA bathtub is from Wrigley .
Wanda Plaza is a city commercial center in which various restaurants are available, and is convenient for shopping and life-support services.
Shenyang is the transportation hub of Northeast China, the veteran of the Republic's industry. In the Tiexi District where my family is located, you will find that many industrial era relics are gradually being developed as attractions. The local cuisine that can't be missed includes various Korean barbecues and Manchu dishes. Shenyang was once the imperial capital of the Qing Dynasty, with the famous Shenyang Imperial Palace.
