Agriturismo Tenuta Carrino is a family-run accommodation facility comprising 12 hectares of arable land and olive groves. Our company is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, precisely 500 meters from the characteristic peninsula 'La Strea' and a few steps from the Ionian coast. We like to think of our structure as having 'two windows': one overlooking the sea and a naturalistic one. The company was born to continue a family tradition based on the cultivation of typical Salento vegetables and fruit and on the production of oil, but above all, it was born to encourage the culinary art. The farmhouse represents an excellent refuge if you are looking for privacy and tranquillity, not far from the centres, from the noise of the city and from the summer chaos. We are among the few structures that are located in strategic positions to take advantage of exclusive services such as dinners organized during the week by the staff on site with the company's products, the private pine forest, the peace and silence of the Salento countryside. Thanks to the small number of rooms (5-6) it allows us to take care of the services for our guests down to the smallest detail, pampering them throughout the holiday, but always with the utmost discretion. The pleasant atmosphere that is created during the stay is not only due to the characteristics of the place, but certainly also to the extraordinary hospitality of the Carrino family, to their cordiality and simplicity which make the holiday pleasant and peaceful. The Agriturismo descends from an old farmhouse dating back to 1950 and the last restoration took place in 2021. The latter is used as five rooms that take the name of the typical plants of Salento, taking up its colors and smells; they are furnished with taste and elegance and embrace a contemporary style with an eye always turned to the past. All rooms have an independent entrance and private bathroom. All surrounded by lots of greenery.
