La Buschera - Independent open space in the center of Bra!

In the center, in a private courtyard, is "La Buschera", a recently renovated open space equipped with a kitchenette and all comforts. The restaurant is located in Bra, nicknamed the capital of Roero, and a stone's throw from the famous vineyards of the Langhe and its splendid villages. The train station, a two-minute walk away, allows you to easily reach Alba (15km) or Turin (50km). SPACE Our completely renovated cottage is independent on all 4 sides and is located on the first floor with access via an external staircase. It is a former woodshed (hence the name "Buschera") which has been finely restored into a studio apartment with kitchenette, bathroom and a living area equipped with a double sofa/bed with topper! The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. You will also have a comfortable desk, perfect for smart-working, if necessary. Outside you will find a large terrace overlooking the internal courtyard with a lovely table for a romantic dinner. A folding cot for children will be at your disposal if necessary. OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION Breakfast is not included, but the "La Boqueria" bar/restaurant is located in the same internal courtyard. There are also many other typical restaurants in the area. It is possible, upon request, to recharge the electric car inside the courtyard. Internal parking is not allowed for reasons of space, but you will have no problems with the square in front!
