The living room is warm and bright, the kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher...) and will allow you to take your meals, the independent office is equipped with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed (with TV) and two bedrooms which offer you 140x190 beds (with TV), a bathroom, two shower rooms, three toilets, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Capacity for 6/7 people. Apart from the comfort and decoration of the house, you will also be seduced by its exteriors. You can choose a shaded or sunny terrace for lunch, a barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal and the Japanese pool brings a touch of zen to this idyllic setting for your holidays. The heated swimming pool will allow you to swim in peace. Board games and table football are at your disposal as well as internet access and Netflix. Located in a quiet residential area, close to a supermarket, the beach is 2 km away and Capbreton town center 800 m. A free shuttle passes by to take you to the beach, you will also find a petanque court and a children's park 150 M away. Parking on the public road in front of the house, easy and free or on the property. Minnie, our kitty, the mistress of the place watches over holidaymakers and the Koi carp in the basin, in order to respect the tranquility of this affectionate and independent kitty, we prefer to prohibit animals during stays. The house is on two levels and the garden is terraced. The stairs (inside and outside) are not safe for children. Sheets and towels for rent on request. Weekly rental €3,500 + cleaning €250 (10% reduction for rentals of 2 consecutive weeks)
