Welcome to Apartment Atlas, a modern & versatile 4-star, ground-floor apartment of 70 m2 with separate entrance, private terrace and free parking for one vehicle. The apartment is within a very short distance of the E65 motorway junction 5, "Varaždinske Toplice". Directly in front of the apartment is a new park/children's playground with outdoor gym/running track, and the widely acclaimed a la carte Restaurant "Bernada". For more casual dining, Pizzeria "Bernarda" is just 200 m walking distance, (next to the local supermarket), just around the corner. Whatever time you and your family arrive for check-in, we make sure that you have free coffee, tea, milk, juice and basic cooking ingredients. For guests staying longer than one night we provide local wine and snacks free of charge. Our maximum occupancy is four persons - there is one double bed, two double sofa-beds and one single sofa-bed in the apartment. The apartment is ideal for both families and business travelers, long or short stays. "Digital Nomads" are also welcome! With excellent road connections, Apartment ATLAS is the perfect base from which to explore the famous city of Varaždin, beautiful Međimurje County and of course, Croatia's capital, Zagreb, which is only 45 minutes away by car! The apartment was renovated in 2021/22, and has gas central heating, air conditioning, full kitchen (with cutlery & utensils oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and microwave), shower, WC, soundproofing, multi-gym, two flat screen TVs and a CD-player. There is also a large working desk with office chair, 27 inch computer monitor and fast MESH Wi-Fi (50 Mbit/s) with full coverage throughout the property. Guests can use the exercise equipment and multi-gym free of charge and there is a private yard at the rear with outdoor seating, gas BBQ and designated smoking area. NB. PETS: We don't usually allow pets but this may be negotiable for an extra charge.
