The entire interior of the house is air conditioned. Three large bedrooms with double beds, closet and chest of drawers. The living room is elegant. The dining room has a table for 6 people. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, shelves with containers for preparing food and tableware for six people. The house has two bathrooms, hot water, two terraces and a closed garage. Complete privacy is guaranteed. The house is the entire second floor and has a separate entrance, only guests will have access to the house, they will not share spaces with people outside the reservation. Guests can pre-order breakfast, lunch and dinner. A laundry room on the first floor is equipped with modern American washing machines and dryers. Clothes washing service is offered. We will always be available by phone or in person if you require it in case you need help related to your accommodation, mobility in the city or any other practical information.
