The apartment is on the ground floor of a characteristic, finely renovated 1900s farmhouse and enjoys private and reserved spaces. Inside it is completely newly furnished, there is a kitchen area fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and complete with oven, hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed and a smart TV. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a bedroom with a comfortable bunk bed. It also has two private and completely fenced gardens, equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs and comfortable deckchairs where it is possible to stay in peace and have meals. Being on the ground floor, the apartment is always pleasantly cool in summer and there is also an air conditioning system. You will also have access to a fenced parking area for your car with a canopy. Relax with the whole family in this quiet, comfortable and private accommodation, ideal for excursions in Umbria, nearby are the towns of Panicale, Paciano, Citta della Pieve, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, while Assisi or Cortana are about 40 km away . In the immediate vicinity there is the town of Tavernelle where there are all the necessary services such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, post offices, banks, pharmacies, medical clinics... and a splendid water park.
