Serene Sanctuary

Empty Nester and Professional looking for short-term rental. The townhome is in the perfect location, directly next to the Rec Center and near walking/biking trails. Basketball and Volleyball courts. I have a very nicely furnished room available for a short-term rental. I work very hard on creating a calming and spa like aesthetic in my home with many little areas for retreat. There is one other long-term roommate. I run a company so I work a lot, which also takes me out of town for work quite a bit. I do have a few animals that are very well-mannered, sweet, and just hang around me. I like to keep my environment like a sanctuary - a relaxing, nice vibe, to escape from the world. You'll hear me have jazz music playing a good portion of the day. You would be a great fit if you are a good human with a pleasant demeanor, a professional, with your own focus but likes to chat every once in a while with a drink and/or food. I am trying to be healthy so if you are too that's a plus (keeps the junk out of the house). It's critical you are emotionally mature, keep up after yourself, considerate and keep things clean. I am open to three - six-month lease maybe a little longer depending on the situation
