The accommodation consists of a ground floor, first floor and attic, all within an 880 m2 estate with garden areas and a large parking area for guests. On the first floor is the kitchen, living room with TV, a bathroom with shower, a double room and another single room. The attic consists of two spacious rooms and a complete bathroom with bathtub and bidet, a double room with a double bed and another with two single beds + a sofa bed, the latter with a small desk. The ground floor is currently dedicated to storage tasks and services necessary for the operation of the vacation home, this room is not available to guests. On the outskirts of Sevares, a quiet town in the Council of Piloña. Important information for guests who wish to travel with their PETS The accommodation does NOT admit animals inside the house under any circumstances, however, we offer guests who wish to travel with their pets (dogs only), an independent accommodation for pets in the property's garden, fully equipped and conditioned ( to see photos). The enclosure is completely fenced and consists of an automatic drinker connected to the water network, it has an outdoor shower to bathe your pet, it also has a covered and protected area so that pets can stay comfortably in the facilities for the duration of their stay. the guests. Do you fancy a night out to the city or go to the movies and you don't know where to leave your pet during those hours? In our accommodation all that would not be a problem !!
