Villa Castanza is the transformation of a Sardinian Stazu, a typical local country house into a villa for the summer holidays, the 180° view of the sea and the island of Tavolare is spectacular! Convenient for a family or group of friends, with 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with bunk beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, one with shower and bathtub. A double bedroom plus bathroom is separated from the Villa, about 15mt, and is in the garden with a beautiful sea view. The garden is sheltered from the mistral wind and enjoys the shade of a majestic maritime pine, the terrace that surrounds the front of the Villa is furnished with a sofa and armchairs and a large table for eating all together. From Villa Castanza you can walk to 3 beaches with beautiful white sand.
