Located just off of South Hwy 191, where it is very accessible and easy to find. It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town but a short 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. We welcome your furry little family members! Unit #2 is 1 of 6 specially designed 550 square feet of a unique rustic get a-way. Our Townhouse is equipped with: *Unique hand made rustic furniture *WiFi (100 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload) *Smart TV (2) *Netflix (no cable) *Keyless Entry *2 car oversized garage *Washer *Dryer *On Demand water heater (heats up quickly) *Dishwasher *Microwave * 2 burner cooktop (no oven) *Fridge *PTAC AC/heater unit *BBQ Grill * 1 Queen sized bed * 2 Full sized beds (bunkbeds). *Dog Friendly (1 dog only under 50 pounds with paid pet fee) see Dog Policy below. *The apartment sits above the garage and you must climb stairs to access the apartment. Please note that the garage has shared access with our cleaning team for supplies stored in the garage. ★ Please check in with us if you are planning on bringing a dog and review our dog policy below: ★ We are "dog" people and understand how difficult it is to leave your friend at home. We allow 1 dog under 50 pounds. (Dogs ONLY) ★ Our pet fee is $10/night/pet ★ Pet fee is added after booking reservation. Please let us know at the time of reservation if you will be bringing a dog with you. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require pet parents to agree to the following Dog Policy before booking one of our dog friendly apartments. DOG POLICY: *My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with people and other animals. *My dog is free of ticks and fleas. *My dog will be with me, under my care at all times (never left in the apartment unattended). *My dog will be on a leash and under control when outside. *I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste. *I will keep my dog off of all furniture including bed, chairs, and couches and agree to bring my own dog bed. Blankets , pillows, and comforters are not to be used for dog beds (an additional cleaning fee of ($50) will be charged for hair on furniture and/or beds). *I will assume financial responsibility for any damage, stains, or excessive pet hair caused by my dog during my stay. Work will begin around 7-8 am-ish. Don’t worry, the workers will be mindful and courteous of our guests. Guest access 2 vehicles can be parked in the garage. Other things to note This townhouse is NOT equipped with an oven. We require a signed Rental Agreement for all reservations. Must climb stairs to access the apartment. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED. We have other pet friendly and non pet friendly apartments on the property.
