The accommodation is located on the ground floor in a small three-story condo with garden, in the hamlet of La Ruine Morgex, a quiet area that will give you peace and relaxation. The hamlet is provided with free public parking. The accommodation is 350 meters from the entrance on the Aosta - Courmayeur motorway (exit Morgex), in a position always reachable even in case of heavy snow. With the booking will be provided the exact address, the recommended route to reach the house and the phone number for direct contact. The accommodation is located on the ground floor in a building of three floors above ground, in the village of La Ruine Morgex, a quiet village that will give you calm and relaxation. At your disposal: the bedroom with a double bed 160x200, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a table, a private bathroom in your room for your exclusive use, the shared kitchen, the balcony and the communal garden with deckchairs and a table. Breakfast (included in the price) will be served in the kitchen of the house between 8.00 and 10.00. In case you need to consume it at different times we kindly ask you to inform us in advance in order to agree on terms and times. The available products are: milk, tea, fruit juices, coffee, biscuits, rusks, jam ... any intolerance must be communicated during the booking phase in order to guarantee alternative products. The kitchen is accessible to guests during the day with the following appliances available: microwave, kettle and espresso machine, you will have the opportunity to prepare tea, herbal teas and coffee (capsules and filters are at your disposal). It is not possible to cook and / or consume food in the room but, by agreeing the timetables, you can use the kitchen for this purpose. We provide you with: bed linen and towels, shower-shampoo products and hairdryer. On request it is possible to use the washing machine and the dryer, upon agreement of the time of use, we also provide you with a specific detergent for a total cost of 5.00 euros for each washing including drying. In our house it is absolutely forbidden to smoke and pets are not allowed. A free public parking is available in front of the house; in some periods of the year the parking lot could be crowded, the fraction has however other public parking areas. You will find brochures on places to visit and on current events The B & B is family-run and we want our guests to be comfortable, in a welcoming environment in which to spend a pleasant holiday in total relaxation. I am not always present in the accommodation for work reasons, in case of my absence there will be someone from my family to welcome you. We will always be available in person or on the phone and available for any information and / or suggestions and to help you solve any problems; you just have to ask and we will be happy to help you discover Valdigne and the other valleys. We ask you the courtesy of informing us, in advance, the time of your arrival, in case of change of schedule, even if not dependent on your will, a call is advised. In the hamlet of La Ruine, about 300 meters from the accommodation, there are: a beautiful pine for free access, a small supermarket and, a short distance, a pizzeria and a bar. On foot you can reach a mall and a supermarket, located on State Road 26, about 600-700 meters from the house. The shopping area is accessible via an underground pedestrian crossing that allows you to walk safely. The accommodation is 150 meters from the bus stop Savda Sadem. The bus line allows you to reach Aosta, Courmayeur, Pre Saint Didier ... in addition to Turin and Milan (with change to Aosta) and Caselle (with change to Torino Porta Susa). From December 2015 the Aosta - Pre Saint Didier railway line has been removed, trains arrive to Aosta; Just a few steps away from the Aosta railway station, you will find the buses that lead to Alta Valle. Morgex is located in Valdigne at 923 meters above sea level, rich in vineyards grown up to 1200 meters above sea level, the wine of the area is the famous "the highest wine in Europe" DOC "Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle" . To get in touch with the fascinating world of Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle production, the Cave du Vin Blanc wine cellar, located a few meters from our house, organizes guided tours with tasting. In the center of the town you can see the Torre de L'Archet, of the X-XI century, with square plan. The Romanesque bell tower of the parish church of Santa Maria Assunta preserves precious testimonies from the Early Christian period, while the church is embellished with a baroque altar, numerous sixteenth-century frescoes and an interesting sacred art museum. Walking through the center, we also go in the fountain of Blessed Vuillerme: the waters, it is said, had been transformed into wine from the local saint. At the Municipal Sports Center, nestled in a pine forest, the Rafting Base overlooks the most impressive stretch of Dora Baltea. The pinewood area is also equipped with a 600-meter barefoot trail, a picnic area, 2 tennis courts and synthetic grass soccer fields, 11 and 11-inch grass field football fields, beach volleyball court and summer riding. We are CLOSED in the months of October and November, but we are always available for further information and to arrange reservations for the following months. BATHROOM DEPOSIT: Guests may ask for it on the day of departure or in case of early arrival, upon agreement on the time of the withdrawal; in that case the luggage will be placed in a room for our exclusive access. LOCATION SETTLEMENT: In Morgex Municipality you are required to pay the tax in our case is 50 cents. per person and per night; some exemptions are foreseen, for example, if a person overnight for more than 7 nights from the eighth night no longer pays the tax, residents in the Valle d'Aosta municipalities are also exempted, children under the age of 13 years, people with disabilities certified ....$
