Also worth seeing is the beautiful Rocchetta Mattei, the Scola, an enchanting medieval village, the lake of Suviana and Brasimone with its splendid waters, suitable for canoe lovers. We are only 40 km from the Corno alle Scale, a paradise in every season of the year, its 36 ski slopes with many beech forests and oaks for walking and trekking. $La Càrbonita is a detached house on two floors surrounded by greenery in the Bolognese Apennines near Riola di Vergato, surrounded by a colorful garden overlooking the Reno river, where you can use the table with gazebo to enjoy the coolness and peace of a dinner outside. The 3-bed room (2 + 1) offers a splendid view of Montovolo. ★ NEW !! IF YOU RETURN, PAY LESS ★ Guests who have already stayed will be offered a 10% discount on a subsequent booking. Carbonita is as follows: You arrive directly in the parking lot for free use of the house, on the stairs there is the access gate to the garden (with lever to open inside .. you must put your hand in the net and open it from the inside by pulling it to the left!) Then meet two doors: the external one is opened by turning the key counterclockwise and pushing a little with the hand while doing it, the internal one normally. You enter the living room and the lights are immediately on the right wall (house, garden, staircase). On the left are the kitchen and bathroom. The guest room is the one on the left upstairs. The television sometimes does not take well because with the wind it happens to move the dish, but if you want to bring movies on the stick you can use the USB output. The areas available for guests are the garden, the entire ground floor and the room on the left upstairs Both me (Vania, the owner) and my family in my absence, will be happy to satisfy every guest's request. At home I exposed a map of the area with points of interest to explore the Apennines, which you will also find in my tourist and gastronomic guides published in the profile of CàrBonita on the Airbnb website. Nearby there are numerous places of interest such as the Rocchetta Mattei, the Scola village, the sanctuary of Montovolo, the painter Giorgio Morandi museum, the Terme di Porretta, the natural parks of Corno alle Scale and Montesole, the lakes of Suviana and Brasimone, the caves of Labante, numerous CAI trails for those who love trekking, the Babù Ranch in Carbona for those who want to ride on horseback, the Go Kart track in Rioveggio and much more! Convenient to services, it is very close to the train station (which runs only during daylight hours), while those who prefer the bus can find the stop in front of the nearby Bar Fabbri, a Bar-Refreshment Tabacchi where you can always find everything you are looking for! (There is also the minimarket) However, to stay more comfortably it is advisable to have the car, which you can leave in the private parking of the house. Pros and Cons of the House: Pro➡️ • The location: Carbona is a fraction between Vergato and Riola, situated in a convenient spot as a starting point for visiting various places nearby. • The river: The house is close to the river Reno and in two minutes on foot you reach the Lido del Sasso Rosso, where you can sunbathe to cool off with a nice bath whenever you want. (NB: sometimes the water level can rise quickly because they open the dam, so always pay attention. However, it is frequented by families and children, so it is not so dangerous. But open eyes!) • The artistry: me and my friend Tom from Berlin, we have always been lovers of creative recycling, so we had fun creating sculptures and decorations with which we decorated the Càrbonita. • The garden: large and equipped, it is ideal for relaxing or eating outdoors. If you have pets, you can bring them without problems. (Just as long as they get along with my cat tantothat he sometimes goes to say hello) NB: If you are allergic to cat hair, unfortunately this house is not for you. Furthermore, being isolated, there is no risk of disturbing anyone. Several times I rented to DJ friends who could practice in peace with their facilities. • The spaces: being on two floors, it is spacious at the right point. • The Fabbri emporium: a 5-minute walk away is the bar / tobacconist / mini market, always open separately on Thursdays. Contro➡️ • The station: I want to clarify that the line of trains passes right next to the house, but since at night they do not pass and a few stop a day, for the inhabitants of the area has never been a cause for discomfort, the noise it feels for a few seconds just as it passes. I can assure you that the only sounds you will hear at night will be the croaking of frogs and the singing of crickets. • The rusticity: the house is a bit old so here and there there is some imperfection, but the guest room has just been painted and my family and I have put all our efforts into making it as welcoming as possible. • Insects: obviously in the country some little ants or spider always sneaks .. but it is the price to pay when you want to stay away from the city Being near the river at dusk, some mosquitoes come out, so in the garden you will find the zampironi and in the room the mosquito nets.$
