Bluepillow provides a "one stop shop" where you can select the best accomodation deal available online, without having to jump from one booking site to another.
For some special rates, we give users the possibility of completing the reservation on our site, but the the payment will be taken care of by the chosen partner booking website, who will be responsible for processing your booking and charging your credit card.
We provide a separate optional service for vacation rental owners to list their property on our site and to receive commission-free bookings for a very low flat annual fee
Does Bluepillow does not do
For those who book on Bluepillow:
Bluepillow does not set or interfere with any rate or booking. The rates we show are only visible on Bluepillow as a result of our distribution agreements we have in place with our partner accomodation booking websites such as: Booking.com, Expedia, and others.
Bluepillow does not take care of the management or modifications of the bookings, rates and services offered; this remains the exclusive responsibility of our partner booking sites with whom the customer booked, as such they would need to contact the accomodation booking partner for any changes.
Bluepillow does not save nor store the credit card data of users who book their trip, as credit cards are charged by the partner website.
For those who wish to list their property on Bluepillow:
Bluepillow will not withhold any commission on the bookings of our Hosts generated through the Bluepillow host listing.
Bluepillow does not interfere in any way between the Host and the traveler during the reservation or negotiation process - this is all done entirely between the host and traveller directly.

Your booking may not have been successful for various reasons such as:
1) There was a problems your card/account or bank processor
2) Someone has just booked the last remaining available rate for the room before you
3) The property is no longer available
If your booking was not successful, we reccomend that you try again or look for a similar property among the many alternatives that we offer.
If an error message appears at the time of payment, don't worry. No amount will be debited to your card. Bluepillow does not withhold any amount of money and does not save your credit card details.
