Wildlife is abundant (turkey, deer, hawks, etc..) on the property and the ONLY sounds you’ll hear are the sounds of crickets, frogs, and nature. No sirens or traffic here in Alvaton! The apartment is situated above a detached oversized double garage that’s heated/cooled. There is a separate private entrance with security cameras. Currently has fixed cellular internet that isn't the greatest but is workable. 2Gb fiber optic internet will be installed in the Spring of 2023. $
