$3 miles to the beach close to restaurants & dining, & 3 miles to Ocean City Md & Fenwick Island beach. Close to Outlet malls, family-friendly activities, & nightlife. We are just a short drive to Ocean City boardwalk. There is a coffee maker fridge & microwave in the hall that you are free to use . Comes with comfy King size bed, your own private full bath in your room and TV. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families ,with kids. We do have 2dogs & 2cats It is a warm and cozy room with a king size bed,private bath in room, and room for a pack and play which I have for your use. There is a private bath in the room with a tub and shower and a TV . I do offer free WFI as well. There is a coffee maker and fridge with microwave in the hall for your use. I offer free coffee, and tea along with creamer for your morning drinks. I have a table and chairs out front for you to use when ever you want, the mornings are beautiful out there. We are in walking distance from a place that is famous for its donuts The fractured Prune. If you are in need for another room I do have 2 more rooms I rent out separately and you would need to go to beach get away 1, and beach get away 3 to rent them. They each have their own bath as well. Guest will have access to the 2nd floor where there are 3 bedrooms with private baths. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker that you are welcome to use in the hall. Me and my husband live in the home full time and will be here to greet you. My home is located in a lovely neighborhood 3 miles to the ocean and beautiful beaches. We have a community pool, gym and kayak launch. The community is on the water. We have sidewalks and street lights. Free Parking. 45 Minutes from Wicomico Regional Airport (SBY), 2 Hours from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and 2.5 Hours from Baltimore Washington International Airport (BWI) or Reagan National Airport (DCA). Most area roads have walking and bike lanes. There is a side walk all the way to the beach and a bike lane.$
