There are extra blankets available that are super cozy. There is plenty of closet space for suitcases and hanging clothes. The closet has several hangers included.<br><br>We are flexible on earlier check in times when no guests have stayed the night before. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for cooking and eating and has salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There is a table for eating with four chairs. The sofa with pull out queen-size bed is more comfortable than most beds. There are no awkward breaks in back support as there are with other pull out beds. An ironing board and iron are available. The kitchen also has a few plastic bowls, cups, and silverware for children. Cooking options are (1) portable stove/hot plate, (2) electronic skillet, (3) mini-oven, and (4) microwave.<br><br>The Neighborhood:<br><br>The nearest grocery store (Dick's) is 0.5 miles away. Costco and Walmart are five or less miles away. The nearest laundromat (Bountiful Laundry) is less than one mile away with more laundromats just a few miles away. A local favorite place to eat for hamburgers and shakes is Nielsen's Frozen Custard which is less than 2 miles away. Joy Luck Chinese restaurant is another local favorite. A popular local hike is Elephant Rock. Families with children will enjoy the South Davis Recreation Center with indoor pool and water features. The nearby church (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) holds Sunday services starting at 9 am, 11:00 am, and 1 pm. <br><br>Bountiful is a great community of 40,000+ residents. There are literally hundreds of restaurants and tons of shopping options nearby. Bountiful is one city of many and is part of a larger metropolitan area that extends for hours north and south. Bountiful is a great place to stay to have a quiet nights rest and is close to everything by car, airport (19 minutes), opera (15 minutes), Salt Palace Convention Center (19 minutes), live theater, professional sports stadium (16 minutes), movie theaters, conference centers, Lagoon (amusement park - 17 minutes), and downtown Ogden (30 minutes). The apartment is a 10 minute drive away from the Bountiful Temple.<br><br>Guest Interaction:<br><br>I would be happy to provide any travel tips. I will be available via phone or text for any help and have a property manager nearby for any pressing issues.<br><br>Other Notes:<br><br>Loud parties are not permitted at my property. I will not tolerate nor will my neighbors tolerate loud events that disturb the peace and activities that do not fit in with a quiet residential neighborhood.<br><br>The apartment is maintained at a comfortable temperature, but there is no local control of the heating and cooling system. There is a portable heater and ceiling fan for any local temperature adjustments. The king size bed also has an electric blanket.<br><br>The covered parking is the only shared area of the house. Your rental includes one covered parking spot and one spot on the driveway. During the winter months (November - March) no one may park on the street. There is a small chance of noise if there are guests in the house (other rental space) and they are really noisy.<br><br>ESA (emotional support animals) are of course always welcome. Just like any group you would be responsible for any extra cleaning required. As I do not allow pets, I request proof sent of the animal being an ESA. <br><br>Getting Around:<br><br>Less than one half mile walk (7 minutes) to public transportation options (bus) to downtown Salt Lake City. It is a 10 minute drive to the commuter train station to travel either north (i.e. - Ogden) or south (i.e. - Salt Lake City or Provo).<br>")

Out the sliding doors is our outdoor living space equipped with a full size grill ready to use, and a cozy sitting area for two. <br><br>Back inside, the kitchen table has a large 2-3 person bench and two matching chairs sitting across from it. There are 2 additional chairs available in the coat closet. The kitchen bar can be expanded to allow for more useable space or optional seating. There are under cabinet lights to set the mood. The dishwasher works great, as well as the disposal. We also have many standard kitchen items available such as: toaster, coffee maker, crock-pot, can opener, knives, forks, spoons, kids silverware, bowls, cups, mugs, pots, pans, ziplock bags, etc. The refrigerator has a built in ice maker that works really well. <br><br>Down the hall the first bedroom is the kids room with a custom bunk bed. There are 2 lower levels with twin mattresses, and the top level with a full queen mattress. The ceilings are 9' so there is plenty of clearance for the person sleeping on the top to be a teenager or young adult. <br><br>The second room has one queen bed with a nightstand and a desk. Mattress is a Dreamcloud. <br><br>The master bedroom is at the end of the hall and is very roomy with the king bed, desk, nightstand, and seating area. There are sliding glass doors that can be opened to enjoy fresh air or the amazing views. The bed is a Bear hybrid and is very comfortable. <br>")

This is a beautiful and treasured walk-out basement of our home we currently live in, and ask that you take very good care of it, including removing shoes upon entry. This beautiful apartment has low rent pricing because there IS some occasional noise until 10:30 pm with a family upstairs. Piano practicing and drum practice occasionally happens during the day as well, but we will work around those practice times when you are gone. So... if you are looking for SILENCE, this isn't for you.<br><br>We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind in or on the premises, and no animals. That includes on the street near your car, behind the apartment, or anywhere near the house. We are in a very high risk fire area, and have allergies. If we learn of this happening, you will be asked to leave without a refund. <br><br>This is a two bedroom/one bath apartment.... approximately 2000 spacious square feet. <br>There is two good-size bedrooms.... one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed. There is a large leather sectional couch that can accommodate a few children, or one adult. <br><br>This is a kitchenette with a microwave. dishwasher, coffee maker and a small fridge. <br><br>There is streaming of Amazon, Netflix and Hulu available. <br><br>There is not a grill available. <br><br>Also, there is a closet with toys for young children, many DVDs and DVD player, books and games. <br><br>There’s a 4-person table, and a large bar with more seating. <br><br>We will allow 2 more to sleep on the coach, if interested. <br><br>Jen, one of the home owners, is a successful photographer and with prior notice, may be able to provide a photography session for you and your group/family.
