The in-between room is locked on both sides when not booking the entire estate. - This includes the front attached apartment, with 1 bedroom, living room, dining & kitchen area, stacked washer and dryer inside, 1 attached 2-car garage and driveway entry. - Driveway spots and basketball hoop priority is given to potential guests booking house, and if so extra parking on the street is available past 2 cars in garage. - Garage has ramp-up to the door - Full kitchen, and cooking supplies Easy access off the main road/bridge, Lakeridge Pkwy. Parking on property in the 2 car garage attached to the apartment. Additional parking on street if needed, cannot block driveway. [Host not living on-site, anyone staying in the house would be a separately booked guests] We will be available to assist with anything you need and otherwise leave you fully with your uninterrupted privacy.
