Completely private (no sharing) on ground level floor <br><br><br>Master bedroom has 2 full size beds, a dresser, ceiling fan, nightstand, a huge closet, a beautiful new Flat screen TV. <br><br>Living room is a very large space for family time and relaxation. It consist of one microfiber sofa a ottoman, ceiling fan, a leather sleeper sofa, and a beautiful new flat screen TV. <br><br>The kitchen as you can see in the picture is big. We stock it with dishes, pots & pans. We also offer a coffee maker,blender,rice cooker, microwave, refrigerator, stove and a toaster.<br><br> We have 24 hour outside security cameras on our property for your security.<br><br> Rental details: Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum 28 night stay.We can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. <br><br>Rental Guest understands' that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend neighbors. The Great Falls thunders over a rocky ledge, 70 feet deep, about 60 feet wide to a broad basin descending 20 feet through trap rock and sandstone to the City of Paterson.<br><br>Rental details:<br>Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum two-night stay up to six (6) people. During your reservation you will be REQUIRED to pay an additional fee of $10 per person daily. These fees will be added to the rental agreement. That’s right NO Deposit Required for our rental. We are partnered with HomeAway to protect both owner and renters. HomeAway insurance is only $59, a one-time payment. You have two local stores for last minute snacks. Owners live on the property. The unit is always kept fresh and as clean. <br><br>Unfortunately this property does not have parking on premises. There is plenty of street parking, you must observe the parking and street cleaning rules.<br><br>NO Parking on our DRIVEWAYS. Additional street parking is at no cost; please obey the street signs and the alternate side street rules.<br><br>PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED, in the apartment or on the property *Evidence of pets may result in a partial or complete loss of security deposit.<br><br>*ZERO TOLERANCE: Guest and the members of his party shall not used or permit to be brought into the property any illegal controlled substances, firearms or items hazardous to persons or property.<br><br>No extra Guests / No House Parties: Rental Guest understands’ that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 21 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend neighbors.
