We provide coffee, filtered water, and you will find the essentials in the bathroom (hand soap, body wash/shampoo and conditioner). We can't wait to be your host in paradise. Stay on Kauai with the comfort and class of a large hotel suite at a fraction of the price. The condo is very comfortable 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 bathroom and a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, in case you decide to stay in and cook at home. Living room has a dining table for 4, breakfast bar and a queen sofa bed. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Parking is very close to stairs. You will have access to 3 pools, 2 jacuzzis and outdoor BBQ areas on property. There is free high speed internet access and you also have access to parking for one vehicle at no extra charge. There are 3 grocery stores within walking distance, and your choice of some of the best restaurant on island all just a stroll away. You can choose from the best sushi and teppen-yaki restaurant on island, an island favorite asian rim cuisine restaurant, the best burgers on island, the best pizza, excellent Mexican, and Indian food just to name a few, all within walking distance! We will assist you during check in and check out process if needed, we live on island so your interaction will be directly with us and not a property manager. We will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding your vacation. I've lived on Kauai for over 20 years and can share all the knowledge I have regarding places to go and explore, where to eat, and things not to do. The location can't be better. Kapaa is centrally located, in the middle between the north shore and the south shore of the island. One of the most beautiful coastal walk/bike paths in the world is just a block away from the apartment and there are shops to rent bicycles from close by. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler to make your days at the beach even easier. You will have lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores at walking distance. To explore everything Kauai has to offer we highly recommend renting a car. Our apartment has free parking. If you decide not to rent a car, we can provide transportation from/to airport for a small fee. The location of this apartment could not be more ideal if you decide not to rent a car, as you have access to everything within walking distance (beaches, bike path, ocean, pools, restaurants, markets, shops, etc). Kauai has a public bus transportation system that is economical, but be sure to check out the schedule online. There is a TV in the living room with a Bose soundbar (you can connect via bluetooth and stream your music) and also a TV in the bedroom, both with basic cable. Also know Hawaii has a 15% tax (GE and TA tax) for this type of accommodation. We are a fully legal unit and pay all taxes due. Tax is already included in the rate. For stays longer than 10 nights, an additional midterm cleaning of $75 will be required. Guest are to allow access to unit mid stay to allow this cleaning and we will provide fresh linens and towels$
